How long does it take to get my appraisal report?
Our typical turnaround time is 3 days or less. If you have an urgent need, we also accept rush orders, including next day requests.
What area do you cover for appraisals?
Our office is based in Sugar Land, Texas. We do appraisals across the Greater-Houston area including Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Brazoria County.
What kind of appraisals do you do?
We conduct single family residential home appraisals. We do not appraise commercial properties or any goods such as art or collectibles.
